- Include your project ID, deployment name, and a description of the issue.
- For urgent production issues on Pro/Enterprise plans, use the priority support channel.
Scheduled maintenance
Maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours in advance via email to workspace admins. Maintenance typically occurs during low-traffic hours (Sunday 02:00–06:00 UTC).
