Behavior
By the end of this page your Copilot will greet users with helpful starter prompts and behave the way you want.

Suggested prompts
Suggested prompts are clickable starters shown before the user types anything — a great way to hint at what the Copilot can do.
Type a prompt into Add a suggestion… and click Add (or press Enter). Remove one with the × that appears on hover. For an Aurora Support Copilot you might add:
Where is my order? What's your returns policy?Do you offer exchanges?
Conversation threads
Multiple Threads — “Allow users to create named conversation threads.” When on, signed-in users can keep several separate conversations and switch between them.
Threads are available to signed-in users. Turn on OIDC sign-in when you deploy if you want each user to keep a thread history.
Message length
Max Message Length caps how many characters a user can send in one message. Accepts 100–32000 characters; the default is 4000. Lower it to keep inputs short, or raise it if users paste long text.
Common issues
- A suggested prompt won’t add — Empty prompts are ignored; type some text first.
- Users don’t see the thread list — Threads require sign-in. Deploy with OIDC to enable them.
