Verify email & set up SSO

By the end of this page you will have a verified email and understand the SSO options available for your organization.

Prerequisites

Email verification

If you signed up with email (not Google), you need to verify your email before you can create projects or invite team members.

Check your inbox

After signing up, qRaptor sends a verification email to your registered address. The subject line is “Verify your qRaptor email”.

Open the email and click Verify email. The link expires after 24 hours.

Confirmation

Your browser redirects to the Studio with a “Email verified” confirmation message.

ℹ️

If you signed up with Continue with Google, your email is already verified — no action needed.

⚠️

You cannot create projects or invite team members until your email is verified.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO lets your team members sign in with your corporate identity provider instead of separate passwords. qRaptor supports OIDC-compatible providers (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.).

ℹ️

SSO is available on Team and Enterprise plans only. Contact support to configure SSO for your organization.

How SSO works

Once configured by the qRaptor team:

  1. Team members visit studio.qraptor.ai and enter their corporate email.
  2. They are redirected to your identity provider for authentication.
  3. After successful authentication, they are signed into qRaptor automatically.

Requesting SSO setup

To enable SSO for your organization:

  1. Upgrade to a Team or Enterprise plan.
  2. Contact support at innovate@augmentappz.ai with your IdP details.
  3. The qRaptor team will configure the integration and provide you with the required redirect URI.

Common issues

  • Verification link expired — Go to the login page, enter your email, and click Resend verification.
  • Google sign-in creates a new account — If you previously signed up with email, sign in with email first, then link your Google account from profile settings.
